俄罗斯武装力量宣布(再次进入“静默状态”)

中新网3月7日电 据俄罗斯卫星网报道，俄罗斯人道主义反应指挥部表示，应马克龙向普京提出的要求，俄罗斯武装力量宣布自当地时间7日10时起进入“静默状态”，并从基辅、马里乌波尔、哈尔科夫和苏梅开启人道主义走廊。

报道称，俄罗斯人道主义反应指挥部还表示，要求乌方遵守有关建立人道主义走廊的条件，确保平民和外国公民的撤离。此外，有关在乌克兰建立人道主义走廊的消息已告知联合国、欧安组织、红十字国际委员会及其他国际组织的有关机构。

俄乌第二轮谈判于3月3日结束，双方就建立人道主义通道达成共识。

此前，俄罗斯军方曾宣布，自莫斯科时间5日10时起，在乌俄军进入“静默”状态，为从马里乌波尔和沃尔诺瓦哈撤离的平民开放人道主义通道。

但到了当地时间5日下午，俄罗斯国防部发布消息称，由于乌克兰方面无意延长“静默状态”等原因，俄武装力量从莫斯科时间18时起恢复进攻。
